Gary V released a 86 page stack of his content model gain at the time of this recording 220,000 people have seen him I’m pretty sure they in our nation is bigger than that so in this video I’m gonna give you a brief overview of everything he’s talking about and I’ll also link it in the scription below for you to see for yourself I’ve always been impressed by how much content Gary B can push out on his social media channels and in the background I always kind of knew how he did it basically just repurposing content right but in this model he literally breaks down everything from how he chooses the micro content to push out making sure that full will like the content that he pushes out and even the dimensions of the post for each platform that she would be posting on so without further ado let’s get into it the first thing that he talks about is this content pyramid okay which is the foundation of all of his content three levels in this the first one is pillar content the second one is micro content and the last is redistributing all content across different social media platforms and with just this model alone he’s able to turn one keynote or one fireside chat in 30 different pieces of content so his pillar contents come from keynotes askgaryvee show dailyvee his podcast but for someone like you and me who don’t do big keynotes or presentations like that it can simply come from record of client calls recorded coaching mentor calls our existing YouTube videos you know Gary Vee creates content from his coaching calls I think there’s a very distinct thing I’m about to tell you I would rebrand myself as somebody who’s going through the journey of becoming an entrepreneur versus branding myself as an entrepreneur got it so the next thing he does is create micro content how his team does is is by going through a piece of pillar content and extracting the little Gulen nuggets that he thinks or that they think that the audience would want to see and once to have all these gold nuggets they’re able to create short form content with them and that could be in the form of a short video meme rant or remix jiff gif whatever you want to call it and once they have all this minor content they distribute it across all the social media platforms that accept short form content okay that would be snapchat insta Twitter Facebook LinkedIn the purpose of this first round distribution is to drive people back to the piece of pillar content okay so get feel excited and up about what is talked about in that key knowing that podcast so they will go back to his YouTube channel his Facebook his podcasts IG TV even now that everything that pyramid has done this is the most exciting part he waits and he listens for community insights Gary Venus team ghosts of all the comments of the content that’s posted to figure out which clip of video which part of the video the people most excited give them the most value gave the most got the most reactions out of and with that they’re able to create content of the audience themselves want to see and that is called community driven content community driven contents probably the most valuable content that you can make because the audience is literally telling you what bits of your pillar content that they want to see one tip that he gave us is to tell your audience to comment with a timestamp of the bit of the video that they liked the most that makes his job easier the steam jobs easier and it will make your job easier to figure out what your audience wants to see it and once all the pieces of community-driven micro content is created distributed and it’s really that simple I think this content model and the fact that it’s coming from Gary himself is gonna help a lot of people a lot of us struggle with the fact that we’re scared that people aren’t gonna like a content we’re not giving people known value but after reading that I really come to understand that as long as I put out content people will tell me what they like okay and then I can use that to make another video expand on that one topic or use that video and create micro content out of it and then there’s a steady stream of content coming out okay you’re not gonna know exactly what your audience is gonna like let them tell you what they like that’s the key thing I took away from this content model all right
